Sandgate Hydrotherapy Pool collects a range of personal data relating to our pool clients. This is to ensure that we have up to date information on everyone using the pool. This helps us to provide a bespoke level of care and support to each of our clients, ensuring they get the most from the time at the pool.
We also use the contact information from time to time to update clients on the availability of additional swimming sessions at the pool, and to allow for the receipt of customer feedback regarding the services provided at the pool.
The personal data we collect on our Customer Information Form is as follows, and is not shared with any other organisations, except in the case of a health related emergency taking place at the pool:
- Name
- Address
- Postcode
- Telephone number
- Allergies
- Emergency telephone number
- Doctors surgery
- Doctors surgery telephone number
- Medication
- Illness/injury
- Any other information
This information is stored in two places, on a secure, password protected laptop which is stored securely off-site, and also on a client registration card, which is also stored in a locked cupboard at the pool. It is kept for the duration of the pool clients visits to the pool and for a period of six months after, in case they make a return to the pool during this period.
